Feasability Ladd Tower in Portland’s Park Blocks was originally planned and marketed as a condominium building. When market conditions changed, we worked with OpusNW and Holland Partners to redesign the tower as apartments, yielding a move-forward rental project with only minor changes to the development timeline. The project is targeting LEED® ND certification.
